Nicole had six generations of family experience behind her in Beaujolais before taking over the reins at the domaine in the late 1980s. This is one of the few sparkling wines made from gamay to come out of the region. From a 50-year-old parcel planted on rich blue clay, this wine follows the same traditional sparkling wine production methods used in Champagne. Another producer proudly imported by Kermit Lynch.
