What started in 1963 as a project to showcase Alberto Zuccardi’s innovative irrigation system has evolved over the course of three generations into one of Argentina’s most visionary estates. Zuccardi marks the first Argentine wine brand to earn three 100-point scores from Robert Parker and our first Argentine wine offering.

Director of winemaking Sebastián Zuccardi joined the family business in 2002, and immediately looked to the Uco Valley—high-altitude vineyards at the foot of the Andes, where alluvial soils rich in calcium carbonate combine with extreme diurnal temperature shifts to produce wine of rare intensity and elegance.

Sourced from 50-70 year old pergola vines planted by the Zuccardi family, this Semillon ferments with native yeasts in used French oak barrels. Nervy and shimmering with notes of flint, chamomile, and acacia honey, it’s reserved but weighty, with bright acidity and a long saline finish. Delicious now and through 2030 or so.
