Mathilde Magne spent a decade working as an agronomist and oenologist in Bordeaux before heading to Burgundy and spending three years in the cellar of Sylvain Pataille (one of our favorites). Inspired to start her own project, she headed to the Loire valley and acquired about 6 acres of chenin blanc, thus creating Terres d'Imaginaire. She strives to highlight the intersection of terroir, personal taste, and innovation. 

Vines range from the 1970s all the way to mid 2010s. The fruit is crushed by foot and then gently pressed before aging in a wide variety of oak barrels and stainless steel. She allows this wine to go through malolactic conversion.

This wine is expected to be available to ship by mid November.
