RV350 is the culmination of Roberto Voerzio’s most radical vineyard techniques. It begins in some of the greatest Nebbiolo vineyards in the world, scattered across La Morra in Barolo. These vineyards are planted at exceptionally high density, plowed to encourage deep-rooted vines, and green-pruned twice during the growing season—reducing the fruit load to the barest minimum. But RV350 goes even further, undergoing an additional pruning beyond Voerzio’s already world-class methods.

The result? A wine of immense concentration, where ripe fruit meets astonishing aromatic complexity and structure. Fermented in stainless steel with extended skin contact, it then spends two years aging in a small proportion of new oak barrels before a final rest in stainless, emerging six years after harvest as something extraordinary.

RV350 is a sensory experience: larger-than-life cherries and red berries, steeped in bright Italian sun, wrapped in a sweeping structure of tar, menthol, cloves, and warm spice, with every glowing shade of citrus peel you can imagine. It all intertwines in a harmony so evocative, that drinking it feels like standing before an immense Cy Twombly painting.
