Elise’s commitment to terroir shines through her Chardonnay, a reflection of the limestone-rich soils of Les Riceys. She crafts each bottle with a minimalistic touch, allowing the purity of the fruit to take center stage.

The 2018 Blanc de Blancs is precise and elegant. With only half of an acre planted to chardonnay, this is one of the smallest production cuvées released.  Notes of citrus and green apple unfold, supported by a chalky minerality that lingers softly on the palate. Aged in oak barrels, this is a powerful expression of chardonnay based Champagne that wants time to unfurl in your glass.
