Hailing from the dramatic foothills of the Alpilles in Provence, Amethyste is a blend of 80% cinsault, 10% grenache, and 10% carignan, grown biodynamically since 2003. The wine undergoes a gentle vinification process, including destemming and infusion of the berries, followed by aging in concrete eggs. This meticulous approach allows the wine to express its terroir with clarity and precision. 

In the glass, Amethyste gleams with a light ruby hue, more evocative of a young pinot noir than a typical Provençal red.
