Elise Dechannes’ wines are marked by their authenticity. Working organically, she embraces the natural variation of each vintage, allowing the grapes and terroir to guide the final product. Her minimal intervention approach results in Champagnes that are complex, layered, and remarkably alive.

The 2015 Affinite Brut Nature is Champagne at its most untamed.  While most of her vineyards are planted to Pinot Noir, here we get to experience the blending skills of the vigneron (70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay). With hints of green apple, lemon zest, and toasted nuts, it carries a savory edge that speaks to the soil of Les Riceys. Raised in stainless steel and with zero dosage, this is Elise's longest aged champagne. It offers a direct connection to the vineyard, a pure and evolving textural experience for those who seek Champagne in its most honest form, revealing layers that speak to Dechannes’ refusal to rush what nature gives her.
