Michèle Aubéry-Laurent is an embodiment of "walk the walk," caring to her vineyards with the same level of attention that she brought to her patients during her time as a nurse. She cares deeply about sustainability philosophies beyond just the vineyard and cellar where she employs organic and biodynamic practices—the vineyard has grown much of its own food and raises its own animals as well. While the Domaine started as a joint adventure with her husband Philippe in 1990, he tragically passed away in 1999, and Michèle has been the leading creative and energetic force since—now joined by her son, Maxime. 

The Vie On y Est is their only white wine. Crafted from 30 year old Viognier, Clairette and Bourboulenc and aged for six months in older oak barrels. Showcasing a balance of density and freshness, a wonderful choice for the fall harvest table.
