Anthony (no relation to Jean-Paul Thévenet) spent five years working in the cellars of Jean Foillard and is quite close with Dutraive and Métras. Essentially, he has been steeped in the culture of Beaujolais before establishing his own project in 2013. Here he celebrates some of the rare chardonnay of the region, from a tiny parcel grown on limestone.
