Organic and biondynamic techniques in the vineyard, no botrytis on the dry wines, slow pressing, and a focus on micro, terroir-driven bottlings are amongst the changes young Emmanuel has brought to his family’s winery.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWithin the Clos le Grand Beaupréau there is a section of vineyard that has almost no topsoil—where the vines planted directly into sandstone bedrock. This section is picked and vinified separate from the rest of the site.
